Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Oracle Cloud Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your Primary Responsibilities Include
Leadership in SAP Development: Lead the development team for new SAP installations and improving solutions. Global Collaboration and Support: Collaborate and support global delivery members over technical and administrative features. Continuous Improvement Advocate: Work within a continuous improvement framework, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems
As of November 2024, Accelalpha has been acquired by IBM and will be integrated in the IBM organization. Your recruitment process will be managed by IBM. IBM will be the hiring entity.
Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week, subject to business needs.
This role can be performed from anywhere in the US
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Minimum 4 years Oracle project management experience, with a minimum of 2-3 multi-pillar full-cycle projects
Minimum 3- 4 Years Consulting Experience.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Standard Waterfall or Agile project implementation methodology.
Ability to formulate and communicate a structured approach to the teams
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks and deliverables in high pressure environments and situations.
Project Management Certification highly desirable.
Day-to-day project management of Oracle Cloud projects. Lead project from concept through completion through the project life cycle while meeting scope, schedule and resource targets while achieving the desired business results. Seniority level
