The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Transportation Management and Warehouse Management Systems and will help direct the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle TMS/WMS solutions to streamline logistics operations and improve service excellence. This is a 12-month contract position that will be hybrid in Atlanta. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Responsibilities: Assist in architecting and executing the design, configuration, testing, and rollout of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions to support business objectives and operational excellence. Serve as a SME for OTM and WMS modules, covering transportation order management, rate management, fleet management, shipment management, event management, reporting, analytics, dock door management, inventory management, space optimization, and traceability capabilities. Engage with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, conduct training sessions, and create detailed documentation. Work in partnership with IT teams and external vendors to establish seamless integration and data synchronization between OTM, WMS, and additional Oracle applications including Fleet Monitoring, Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, and Financials. Help direct the full project lifecycle for OTM and WMS implementations, from strategic planning and scoping through go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and scope. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management and Warehouse Management System implementation and support, including at least one full-cycle implementation with Oracle Cloud Applications. Advanced proficiency in Oracle TMS/WMS modules and capabilities, Oracle Internet of Things Intelligent Applications Cloud (IoT Fleet Monitoring), and additional Oracle applications (Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Financials). Comprehensive understanding of logistics processes, transportation logistics, supply chain management, and industry best practices. Superior communication, collaboration, presentation, and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and handle multiple concurrent projects.
