Contract (12 months, with potential extension) Overview: Cornerstone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced
Enterprise Program Manager
to support a large-scale, cloud-based procurement system implementation for a public sector client. This highly visible initiative involves integration with a statewide ERP system and requires a seasoned leader to bring structure, clarity, and progress to a rebaselined program. Key Responsibilities: Lead program management activities across planning, execution, and monitoring of an enterprise cloud implementation. Partner with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and a contracted system integrator to drive program alignment and success. Manage and communicate risks, issues, scope, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and agencies. Provide governance support and PMO leadership, ensuring timely decision-making and milestone tracking. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with technology, operations, change management, and vendor teams. Implement disciplined program management practices and ensure accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager overseeing large-scale enterprise IT implementations. Proven background with procurement or ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday. Experience leading complex stakeholder environments, including vendors and system integrators. Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies and governance practices. Demonstrated ability to bring structure and momentum to challenged or late-running programs. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. PMP Certification required. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience managing public sector or state government technology initiatives is highly desirable.
