You Are:
An experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant. In this essential role, you will: Deliver both functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Core modules, ensuring the system's reliability and performance. Provide end-user assistance, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to promote the effective use of HCM Core HR functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive resolution of support issues. Design, create, and test reports for Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week in the Atlanta office. What You Need: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (If an Associate's Degree, 6 years of work experience). A minimum of 3 years of functional and technical experience supporting or implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an advisory or consulting capacity. Bonus Points If: You hold Oracle Cloud HCM certifications. You have a deep understanding of Oracle HCM applications including tables, integrations, reports, and fast formulas. You possess excellent communication skills and have experience in client-facing roles. You demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
