Note:-This role is 70% technical & 30% functional Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant Location: Los Angeles, CA Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description
Must have strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM techno functional . Must have strong OIC, OTBI, BIP and Fast Formula experience. Must have good understanding in FBDI , Data extract , Inbound and outbound . A strong understanding of HR reporting needs and best practices, including experience with common HCM reports like headcount analysis, workforce demographics, compensation data, and leave balances. Needs familiarity with Oracle HCM reporting capabilities and functionalities. Ability to understand the business needs of different departments and how HR reports are used to inform strategic workforce decisions. The ability to collaborate effectively with the implementation team. Strong analytical skills to assess reporting needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
