Are you a PLM expert with a passion for helping clients modernize their product lifecycle systems? Join our dynamic Oracle Cloud Consulting team as we lead next-generation PLM transformations!
In this key consulting role, you will work with leading organizations to implement Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, with a specific focus on guiding the migration from Agile PLM and Agile PLM for Process (P4P) platforms. You will provide strategic guidance, lead workshops, and deliver innovative solutions that span Innovation Management, Product Development, Product Hub, Quality Management, and Project Portfolio Management modules.
You will collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams, leveraging your PLM expertise to shape high-impact business outcomes across multiple industries such as high-tech, manufacturing, life sciences, and consumer goods.

Responsibilities
Lead and deliver Oracle Cloud PLM implementations with a specialization in Agile PLM migration, including fit-gap analysis, data migration planning, and change management.
Translate client business requirements into PLM solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion Innovation Management, Product Development, Product Hub, Quality, and PPM.
Guide enterprise and global design workshops, ensuring industry best practices, functional completeness, and system scalability.
Provide domain expertise to design E2E processes including new product introduction (NPI), product change control, product data governance, and product quality workflows.
Support legacy Agile PLM data extraction, mapping, and transformation efforts, including BOMs, specifications, documents, and change history.
Configure Oracle Cloud PLM applications and lead functional testing, UAT, and validation activities.
Partner with technical teams to ensure integrations, reports, and conversions meet business expectations.
Participate in Oracle quarterly patch impact assessments and provide recommendations for feature adoption.
Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the practice.
Contribute to business development and proposal efforts through solution design support and client presentations.
Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle Agile PLM (PG&C, PC, PQM, PPM) and Oracle Cloud PLM modules.
Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud PLM, including Agile PLM migration.
Expertise in Agile PLM data models and experience in migrating Agile BOMs, AMLs, specifications, documents, and change orders to Cloud PLM.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud PLM process flows including:
Innovation and idea management
Product definition and change management
Quality events and corrective actions
Master data governance and publishing
Product Commercialization and End of Life (EOL)
Experience with Oracle Product Hub, Fusion Projects (PPM), and Oracle Quality Management Cloud.
Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing workshops, write design documents, and deliver functional configurations.
Oracle Cloud Certification in PLM modules (preferred or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel up to 50% as required by client engagements.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in regulated industries (Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Aerospace & Defense).
Familiarity with 3rd party PLM tools such as Arena, Propel, or FoodChain ID for process manufacturers.
Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BICC, and BI Publisher.
Exposure to AI/ML innovations in product development or PLM analytics.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
