Title: Oracle Cloud ERP Security Architect Location: Spring, TX (Hybrid - 3 days onsite in 77389) Duration: Long-Term Contract (Multi-Year) Work Requirements: This position is with a Federal Government-adjacent organization, and this employee will have access to sensitive government information. Job Overview Responsible for delivering application security for Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, Risk Management Cloud (RMC), and business process controls implementations and assessments. This includes the assessment, design, implementation, and documentation of application security, automated controls, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) requirements. Key Responsibilities: Establish and manage application security in non-production and production environments, including defining procedures to govern access and environment-specific controls. Design and document application security configurations, including user IDs, security roles, technical object access (interfaces, programs, and reports), and job-based responsibilities. Ensure appropriate authorization access by role, enforcing proper segregation of duties (SoD) to maintain a compliant and systematic control environment. Conduct regular security audits, access reviews, and monitoring of user activity to identify and mitigate security risks. Implement and enforce security policies and best practices to prevent unauthorized access and address potential security threats. Verify that application security objectives are met across integration points, including data conversion and system interfaces. Maintain documentation related to security configurations, policies, and audit findings. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and SOX/GRC requirements. Collaborate closely with Oracle Controls and GRC Specialists, IT teams, and business stakeholders to define internal control needs and maintain a secure, well-governed ERP environment.
