Our state-of-the-art orthodontic practice is headquartered in Waukesha, with 15 locations throughout the surrounding area. Each member of our team commutes between more than one office location, in nearby proximity to one another, so you must have reliable transportation. As part of our team, you will contribute to the success of the practice by having a positive attitude and collaborative team support, as well as delivering the highest quality of orthodontic patient care.
We are primarily looking for candidates who would like to work at our Milwaukee, Franklin, Wauwatosa, and Waukesha offices.
Patient Flow
- Prepare and sanitize treatment units before each patient.
- Greet and seat patients promptly, ensuring they are never left unattended.
- Anticipate and assist the orthodontist during procedures.
- Accurately chart patient procedures, including charges, codes, and scheduling for follow-up visits.
- Dismiss patients while explaining procedures and progress to parents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality according to HIPAA and other relevant guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary to support the operations of the clinic
- Master and perform all tasks outlined in the training checklist.
- Use downtime effectively and proactively.
- Provide support to clinic operations and assist the clinical team during unexpected appointment delays.
- Support Treatment Coordinator (TC) as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Familiarity with medical or dental terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and writing
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Consistently showcases versatility in thriving independently and contributing constructively to team dynamic
- Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the clinic
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times

Salary Description
$17.50 - $27.00/per hour
