Overview:
Hero Practice Services is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to establish a parent/patient relationship with the Orthodontist for proper communication regarding the recommended treatment plans and facilitate successful closures of financial negotiations.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer needs by discussing treatment options and preparing financial arrangements with patients, including delinquent accounts
Communicate effectively to sell and close financial presentations
Assist with phone calls and patient check-out
Ensure the practice is clean and presentable, including cleaning restrooms, lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, etc.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in an orthodontic practice is a plus
Knowledge of various insurance plans, manuals, exclusions, and limitations
Physical Requirements:
This position requires full body mobility. Employees must be able to sit, walk, stand, talk, hear, use hands for repetitive tasks, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
