Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Orthopedics)
Location: Mesa, AZ
Hours & Schedule: Full Time, Monday Friday
Work Environment: Mix of clinic and ambulatory surgery center (ASC)
Travel Required: No
Salary / Hourly Rate: $120,000 $180,000 base salary
Bonus Offered: Productivity-based bonus (OTE $225,000/year)

Sign On Bonus / Relocation Offer: None
On Call Required: Minimal, shared among ortho APPs

Job Duties & Responsibilities:- Assess patient health status, develop care plans, and determine appropriate diagnostics and treatments
- Provide acute and chronic care including histories, physicals, injections, medications, and wound care
- Triage patient phone calls and assess patient needs
- Respond to urgent and emergency situations, including CPR
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to coordinated patient care
- Assist in surgical procedures and perform OR support as needed
- Participate in hospital rounds and shared on-call responsibilities
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and wellness
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
- Current Arizona license as a PA or NP
- NP First Assist training (if applicable) following AORN education standards
- Orthopedic experience preferred but not required
