Leads and sets strategy for mission integration within Methodist Hospital of Sacramento and Woodland Memorial Hospital to ensure the mission, vision, values, and heritage are integrated into all aspects of the organization. Promotes a values-based organizational culture uniting people around the organization's mission, vision, values, and heritage. Designs and implements educational programming for staff, medical staff, volunteers, the community, and others about the Dignity Health mission, vision, values, and heritage. Job Details
Sets strategy and works with the leadership team to operationalize the Dignity Health Mission Integration Standards. Develops and implements processes affecting the organization's operations, goals, and strategic transformation. Leads and strategizes for integrating the mission, vision, values, and heritage within the organization. Develops policies, procedures, and programs to achieve operational goals. Designs and implements educational programs for staff, medical staff, volunteers, the community, and others about the Dignity Health mission, vision, values, and heritage. Prepares accountability reports for senior leadership and the hospital board on key areas of mission integration: organizational identity, spirituality and culture, ethical principles, and community health and the common good. Knowledge of pastoral ethics; demonstrating ethical behavior in diverse situations. Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience: At least 3 years of progressive responsibility in a related field (e.g., Spiritual Care, Healthcare). At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience. Master's Degree in healthcare management, theology, spirituality, behavioral science, or related fields. Additional Requirements: Professional training in theology, spirituality, ethics, and community health within two years of hire. Overview
