Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
Competitive, based on experience and qualifications ($110K-$130K avg.) Starting Bonus:
Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance:
Up to $14,000 Shift:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or flexible options (3x10s, 4x12s, occasional Saturdays) Benefits Package:

Job Summary
Seeking Nurse Practitioners with experience in the following specialties:
Neurology Internal Medicine / Primary Care Orthopedic Surgery (First Assist) Urgent Care Emergency Medicine Wound Care Cardiothoracic / Cardiovascular Surgery Endocrinology Providers must be autonomous, collaborative, and passionate about patient-centered care. Roles range from outpatient primary care to procedure-heavy specialty services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality outpatient care in a collaborative clinical setting Manage patient panels across primary or specialty services Perform diagnostics, treatment planning, and follow-up Serve as first assist in surgeries (Orthopedic NP roles) Participate in community outreach and patient education Deliver acute care in high-volume environments (ER/Urgent Care roles)
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree or higher in Nursing Valid Nurse Practitioner license in New Mexico (or eligibility) DEA licensure (where applicable) 1-3+ years of relevant NP experience in clinical specialty Ideal Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Experience working in rural or underserved communities Confidence managing urgent care and outpatient loads First assist experience (Orthopedics) Familiarity with EMRs and outpatient documentation workflows
