Mammography Tech Position Overview: MLR is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join our imaging department. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the early detection of breast cancer by providing precise and high-quality diagnostic mammograms. Key Responsibilities for Mammography Tech: Mammography Procedures : Perform precise and high-quality mammograms in line with established protocols and safety guidelines. Patient Interaction : Ensure patients feel comfortable and supported throughout the procedure, answering their questions and alleviating any concerns. Equipment Operation & Care : Safely operate and maintain mammography equipment, ensuring it complies with all safety and regulatory standards. Image Quality Control : Evaluate images for clarity and accuracy, working closely with radiologists to ensure diagnostic excellence. Mammography Tech Benefits:

Education : Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program with a focus on mammography. Certification : ARRT (M) certification is required. Skills : Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
