Medical Director
to lead our thriving small animal hospital. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking team while making a meaningful impact on patient care, team development, and hospital growth. Job Summary: The Medical Director is responsible for providing medical leadership for the hospital, managing associate veterinarians, and assuring regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine. The Medical Director is also responsible for creating an environment of teamwork in which quality medicine and exceptional client service are delivered. In partnership with the Hospital Manager, the Medical Director is responsible for the financial performance and general operations of the hospital under the guidance of CareVet leadership. In addition, the Hospital Manager and Medical Director are responsible for cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment. Our Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a licensed DVM with at least two to five years of clinical experience in small animal medicine. You should be confident in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry, and have a natural ability to lead and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for mentorship and continuous improvement are key traits for success in this role. CareVet Offers You:?
