Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and management of health conditions Maintain accurate electronic health records
Requirements
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program National certification (AANP, ANCC, etc.) Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills Previous experience in primary care, family medicine, or specialty areas is a plus
