Job Description: We are seeking a
PLM Business System Analyst
with a strong background in the aerospace domain and hands-on experience with
Enovia . This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions to enhance efficiency and support key aerospace projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep PLM process knowledge, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, manufacturing, IT, and QA teams.
Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis:
Analyze business requirements related to PLM processes and translate them into Enovia functional specifications.
System Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and implement PLM solutions using Enovia to meet business needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams in engineering, manufacturing, QA, and IT to integrate and optimize PLM solutions. Training & Support: Provide training and documentation to end-users; support user adoption of Enovia tools and processes. Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to increase system efficiency and user experience. Compliance: Ensure solutions align with aerospace industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). Experience: 5+ years as a PLM Business System Analyst, including at least 3 years in the aerospace sector. Technical Skills:
Proficient in Enovia configuration and customization Strong grasp of PLM methodologies and systems
Industry Knowledge: Familiar with aerospace standards, processes, and compliance regulations. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of translating complex business needs into practical solutions. Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving technologies.
