We are ALCAL , and we are looking for a Branch Operations Manager I who shares that spirit and ready to lead our San Jose team. What You’ll Do: Lead daily branch operations including warehouse, delivery, inventory control, and facility management Coach and support your team to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe logistics and fulfillment Oversee performance metrics, cost controls, and operational reporting Partner with Sales leadership to align on goals and deliver excellent customer service Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures Drive continuous improvement through training, process oversight, and team development Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and operational excellence. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma required, college coursework a plus 5+ years of relevant operational or warehouse leadership experience Background in electrical, tool, or industrial supply distribution preferred Strong experience managing teams, budgets, and warehouse performance metrics Solid understanding of inventory control, logistics, and facility operations Familiarity with ERP systems; Eclipse ERP experience is a plus Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable making decisions independently Strong ability to collaborate across departments and build team alignment A people-first leader who thrives on developing others and driving operational success The Opportunity: $88,910 – $110,000
