Workers' Compensation Attorney
to join our team. We're looking for a motivated, assertive professional with
2+ years of experience
handling and litigating workers' compensation cases. The ideal candidate has strong writing and analytical skills, and a deep passion for protecting the rights of injured employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client intakes via phone and in-person consultations Manage all aspects of workers' compensation cases from start to resolution Review medical and legal records, provide case updates, and maintain strong client communication Appear at status conferences, depositions, MSCs, expedited hearings, and trials Negotiate settlements and draft, review, and revise settlement documents Prepare pre-trial statements, trial briefs, and exhibits Draft and respond to petitions for removal, reconsideration, and writs Represent the firm at legal seminars, conventions, and networking events Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in workers' compensation law Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation regulations and litigation procedures Proven courtroom and trial experience Excellent persuasive writing and communication skills Sharp research and case analysis abilities Comfortable using legal and office technology Direct, results-driven approach to casework
