Performance Marketing Lead
role is a rare opportunity to own the full marketing funnel for a business unit that has the potential to become a billion-dollar engine. You will develop and execute cutting-edge, multi-platform advertising campaigns to identify, inform, and onboard individuals eligible for large-scale litigation and class actions. This is a strategic, high-impact position at the intersection of performance marketing, legal compliance, creative production, and consumer advocacy. Why You Should Apply Own a core business function with direct topline impact Be part of a highly skilled, mission-driven team shaping legal access through technology Collaborate with elite professionals from law, tech, trading, and AI Work in a stable, venture-backed startup with real traction and national reach Earn above-market compensation with performance bonuses and potential equity What You'll Do Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, social, Reddit, display, CTV, and email Create or direct compelling ad creatives (static, video, and motion) using tools like Canva, Figma, and Adobe CC Build and test landing pages, manage full-funnel CRO strategies, and A/B test to maximize conversions Maintain CPL and CAC goals while navigating regulatory frameworks like TCPA and CAN-SPAM Manage segmented CRM databases (HubSpot, Pardot, Klaviyo) and marketing automation workflows Work closely with intake teams to ensure seamless hand-off, quick follow-up, and clean attribution Maintain clean, insightful dashboards and brief executive leadership weekly Track emerging tort opportunities and trends, and launch proactive campaigns based on legal signals What You Bring 5+ years of performance marketing experience managing large budgets and full-funnel strategies Proven track record of hitting CPL/CAC targets in a growth-focused environment Portfolio of hands-on design/video creative work Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic DSPs Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets, basic SQL, and attribution modeling Clear and concise project and team communication Bonus Points For 2+ years of legal, mass tort, or highly regulated lead generation experience Familiarity with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, bar advertising rules, and privacy law Experience scaling plaintiff-side or personal injury lead pipelines Compensation Flexible competitive base salary, above market, and experience based Performance-based bonus structure Profit sharing tied to campaign performance Potential for equity participation Seniority level
