Position Summary Web Application Developer / GRC Software Developer Full-time, direct hire Hybrid working out of Charlotte, NC $150K-$190K base plus up to $20k bonus Financial Services / Banking sector Key Responsibilities Take ownership of SAI360 platform configuration to meet business needs across risk, audit, compliance, and information security. Partner with stakeholders to run design workshops, translate functional requirements, and deliver technical solutions. Design reports and dashboards (including Power BI) to deliver actionable insights. Train end-users and functional admins on SAI360 functionality and best practices. Troubleshoot configuration issues and support user acceptance testing. SAI360 integration into the wider technology ecosystem Resolve UAT issues. Required Skills & Qualifications Expert knowledge of SAI360 or equivalent GRC Software platform. 3+ years experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards. Prior experience working in a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) capacity. Prior experience working in risk management, internal audit or internal control. Experienced in the overall compliance of web applications. Must have excellent communication skills including strong stakeholder management skills. Prior experience working in investment banking would be ideal. Seniority level
