Compensation:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour (Full-time and Part-time available) Education Requirements:
You must meet one of the following: High School Diploma with at least one completed college course High School Diploma and currently enrolled in college Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree Position Benefits: Extensive training program provided! Engage and support children in their learning and growth! Receive paid training and reimbursement for drive time and mileage. Gain knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Work variable hours to fit your schedule! In-home behavioral intervention provided with ongoing support. Travel required to client's homes and community settings. Westminster, Santa Ana, Fountain Valley, Tustin, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo, and surrounding areas. What We Are Looking For: A strong passion for working with children. Preferred experience working with children. Availability in the afternoon and early evening. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license, auto registration, and auto insurance. Proof of immunization records and TB test required. Background check will be conducted. Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, occasionally run, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, twist, reach overhead, bend, and carry up to 50 pounds. Work may involve engaging in playful activities with children on the floor or in child-sized settings. Commitment to the safety of the child and their surroundings is essential. Ability to respond quickly and handle sudden movements. Sustained physical exertion required for up to 45 minutes.
