Resume Must Have:

Description: The candidate should have demonstrable skills and experience in the following areas: • Implementing SAP S/4 HANA IS Oil or other S/4 HANA technology solutions • Adapting change management plans and activities throughout technology implementation • Working autonomously within established methodologies and governance structures • Thinking strategically and cross-functionally to drive end-user adoption of a change • Assessing the scope of change management work required, planning and supporting deliverables, and executing on the plan with excellence • Communicating and partnering effectively across organizational levels via multiple communication vehicles • Adapting to organizational culture and norms • Facilitating alignment among leaders and key stakeholders • Identifying impacted groups, scope of change, and solutions for mitigating change impacts • Achieving results collaboratively with multiple support teams and organizations This role will require regular on-site presence and occasional travel
