Your goal is to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals to ensure the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.Qualifications experience in property management experience in property maintenance Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies Proven 2 + years with Microsoft Office Valid driver's license Personal Smart Phone technology requiredPreferred Qualifications 3 + years of experience in property management Onesite experience a plus Experience in sales/marketing Experience in housing tax credit Compensation* $20-$22*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
