Contract Cleaning Professional – Evening & Weekend Shifts Position:

Ethos Early Learning Center – South Boston, MA Schedule:

One weekday evening per week (typically Wednesday, 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

One weekend cleaning session (Saturday, or Sunday)

Deep cleaning every 3 months or as needed

Job Summary: Ethos Early Learning Center is looking for a

reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional

to maintain a

clean, safe, and sanitized

environment for our students, staff, and families. The contractor will be responsible for

regular cleaning, deep cleaning every 3 months, and emergency cleanings as needed.

Compensation:

Weekday Cleaning (1x per week):

$100 per session

Weekend Cleaning (1x per week):

$200 per session

Deep Cleaning (Every 3 months or as needed):

$450 per session

Responsibilities: Weekday Cleaning Performed once per week, usually on Wednesday nights

Clean and disinfect restrooms

Dust and disinfect surfaces and furniture

Vacuum carpets and couches

Clean and disinfect floor mats

Clean and disinfect bathrooms

Clean glass, mirrors, and windows

Sweep and mop all floors

Clean sinks in classrooms

Clean the kitchen (including surfaces, appliances, and floors)

Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop the office and reception area.

Weekend Cleaning Performed once per week on Saturday or Sunday

Includes everything from

weekday cleaning

plus:

Clean and disinfect

bathrooms

Clean

glass, mirrors, and windows

Sweep and mop

all floors

Clean sinks in

classrooms

Clean and disinfect

mattresses and mats

Clean the

kitchen (including surfaces, appliances, and floors)

Clean the

office space

Deep Cleaning Performed every 3 months or as needed

Deep clean and disinfect

bathroom and kitchen floors and walls

Clean all

kitchen and classroom surfaces, tables, and countertops

Remove

tape, stickers, and glue

from

glass, floors, and walls

Deep clean and disinfect

cribs

Internally and externally clean

refrigerators, cabinets, and microwaves

(any leftover items in the refrigerator will be discarded)

Wash and disinfect

trash cans

Remove

ink, crayon, and marker stains

from furniture

Deep clean with a

water vacuum :

Rocking chairs in

infant rooms

Carpets and couches in the

common areas

Clean and sanitize

lamps, refrigerators, and trash bins

Remove stains from

doors, baseboards, and air vents

Requirements:

Must be legally authorized to work in the USA

Experience in professional cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping services

Reliability and attention to detail

Ability to

work independently and efficiently

Availability for occasional emergency deep cleaning if needed

This is a

contractor position , and the individual hired will be responsible for their

own transportation, taxes, and cleaning supplies

unless otherwise provided.
