At Express 4x4 Truck Rental, a subsidiary of Sasser Family Companies, we specialize in flexible and affordable mid- to long-term pick-up truck rentals with a commitment to on-time delivery anywhere in North America. We are currently one of the largest pick-up truck rental providers in the US.
The Driver role is a part-time, on-call role primarily responsible for the delivery and pick-up of rental trucks.
As a Part Time Driver, Here's What You Will Do:
Driver is responsible for the safe and on-time delivery and pick up of rental trucks Works with the Manager to coordinate and communicate any issues as they arise Diligent attention to safety Basic knowledge of rental equipment and safe driving procedures Can be outdoors driving in all weather conditions Adheres to Company policies and work requirements Assure that all Rentals are maintained and in good working conditions Here's What it Will Take to be Successful in This Role:
High school diploma or GED - preferred Valid PA driver's license with acceptable driving record Be able to legally operate a motor vehicle safely and frequently while entering and exiting the vehicle General knowledge of the rental equipment and have the ability to drive a pickup truck Customer Service Good communication Traffic rules and regulations Team player
Compensation
The hourly rate for this opportunity is: $16.00.
This role is classified as
non-exempt
for purposes of all applicable wage and hour laws, which means that the individual hired will receive overtime pay for more than 40 hours worked in a workweek.
