The Service Transfer Analyst is responsible for the analysis, data exceptions, issue resolution, and loan boarding through the LoanSphere Loan Boarding application and the ability to manually board loans to Black Knight. This role ensures all loan data is accurately mapped and boarded within a timely fashion. Essential Functions:
Run LoanSphere Loan Boarding programs to convert and transmit seller data onto Black Knight. Map sellers data fields to corresponding Black Knight fields. Create and/or update tables used to convert data. Review error reports and make necessary corrections to prevent data issues at final conversion. Review data reports and exceptions, determine testing and identify operational impacts. Participate in conference calls with prior servicers, management, and internal departments to ensure smooth conversion and transition. Facilitate conversion-related inquiries and maintain detailed records of each conversion. Complete all assigned tasks, including post-conversion responsibilities. Maintain department standards and meet deadlines, ensuring quality control and accuracy. Proactively inform Servicing Transfer AVP about project status, issues, root causes, solutions, productivity, and concerns. Assess, prioritize, and respond to Loan Boarding team requests. Engage in special projects, adapt to change, and be open to new ideas and responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree required; High school diploma/GED required. 3-5+ years experience managing customer success. 3-5+ years experience training and managing small to mid-size clients. 2+ years of experience managing process improvement. Strong follow-up, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Analytical skills for resource distribution and calendar management. Ability to investigate, understand, and solve complex requests. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
