Job Purpose: Dishwashers are responsible for washing dishes through the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher. They are also responsible for cleaning the restaurant, managing the restaurant's trash in accordance with the property's trash regulations, unloading deliveries, and other supporting functions.
