Your Role:
As a Medical Assistant, you will support our clinical team and assist patients during their visits. This is an excellent opportunity to start a rewarding career in healthcare or to build upon your existing skills! Key Responsibilities: Conduct the rooming process efficiently, including taking vital signs and recording patient data in eCW. Perform in-house laboratory tests and collect specimens for external labs while ensuring compliance with protocols. Maintain a clean and organized clinical area, keeping supplies stocked and disposing of outdated materials. Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of medical equipment, with meticulous logging of service performed. Provide excellent customer service by answering phones and addressing patient inquiries with professionalism. Maintain all necessary logs and documentation as required. Requirements: Minimum Education:
High School diploma/GED with a Medical Assistant Training Certificate. Preferred Education:
Associate's degree with a Medical Assistant Training Certificate. Experience:
0-1 year in a similar role is preferred. Language Skills:
