Pace University's College of Health Professions
is seeking a Full-time Non-Tenure Track Faculty Member Position at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Associate Professor to join our faculty within the Health Science Department. Academic rank and salary is commensurate with educational preparation and experience. This is a twelve-month faculty appointment.

The Position:
The responsibilities of the position include teaching undergraduate students including capstone courses within the Bachelor's program, developing curriculum, developing suitable internship placements for undergraduate and graduate students, reviewing student proposals for internship work products that meet pre-defined learning competencies, providing advisement and professional mentorship, and managing internship readiness application processes. The candidate will have the opportunity to engage in service to the Department, College, University, and Community, and support Pace University's mission.
The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy working independently and building community partnerships and collaborations. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to speak with a variety of audiences, and interact productively with faculty in clinical programs, students, parents, and community stakeholders. Additionally the candidate will have opportunities to mentor students on a one-on-one basis. The candidate will work closely with the Health Science Fieldwork Coordinator. Candidate must be able to teach classes on both campuses. remotely and asynchronous.
Required Experience and Qualifications: A minimum of a master's degree (doctorate such as PhD, DrPH, or ScD preferred) in health science or related field from an institution accredited by a USDE-recognized regional accrediting body. Teaching experience in health science or related curricula in a higher education setting. Academic administrative experience. Experience developing and managing experiential learning opportunities in higher education settings. Our Ideal Candidate will have:
