What You Will Be Doing
- Become the Admissions Ambassador: Serve as the primary touchpoint for prospective families, providing responsive communication, expert guidance through applications, and creating frictionless pathways to enrollment.
- Craft Compelling Introductions: Orchestrate immersive school tours, engaging open houses, and illuminating information sessions that demonstrate how our model delivers twice the learning in half the time.
- Leverage Analytics for Growth: Monitor and analyze key admissions metrics through HubSpot and SIS, translating data into actionable insights that drive strategic enrollment decisions.
- Enhance Our Admissions Architecture: Continuously update and refine FAQs and standard operating procedures to ensure every family interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Cultivate Prospective Family Connections: Develop authentic relationships characterized by empathy, understanding, and clear communication throughout the admissions journey.
- Wrestling with Red Tape: You'll operate with decision-making authority that allows for agile responses and continuous improvement without bureaucratic hurdles.
- Overseeing Extensive Staff: This position focuses on your direct leadership of the admissions process rather than managing a large administrative team.

Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated success with 5+ years managing comprehensive admissions or enrollment processes in competitive academic settings, with verifiable enrollment growth achievements.
- Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal, that convey clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
- Commanding presence that projects confidence, expertise, and trustworthiness to discerning audiences.
- Exemplary organizational capabilities and time management skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities across different campuses without dropping details.
- Demonstrated proficiency with enrollment management technology, including CRM and SIS platforms (such as HubSpot and Veracross), with meticulous attention to data integrity.
- Proven history of delivering premium, client-centered service experiences.
- Austin, TX residency required (or willingness to relocate), with capacity to travel up to 20% within the US.
- Private school admissions experience, particularly working with affluent and high-net-worth family demographics.
- Background in sales or marketing with demonstrated strength in narrative development and relationship cultivation.
- Knowledge of or experience with mastery-based learning approaches or progressive educational models.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
