California-licensed Advanced Practice Nurse (ARNP)
to serve as our
Director of CalAIM Programs and Transitional Care Services
. This is a
remote, full-time leadership position
responsible for clinical compliance and oversight of all CalAIM-aligned service lines. While
no direct patient care
is required, this role ensures our multidisciplinary teams operate in full alignment with DHCS, Medi-Cal, and payer standards. You will provide clinical governance, lead documentation audits, approve SOPs, attend plan meetings, and be the internal authority on clinical scope, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. Core Responsibilities Direct all clinical oversight functions across CalAIM programs: Recuperative Care (Medical Respite) Personal Care and Respite Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Housing Transition and Tenancy Services Conduct monthly chart audits and oversee corrective action planning as needed Review and sign off on SOPs, clinical workflows, documentation standards, and incident protocols Supervise clinical scope-of-practice for LVNs, CNAs, CHWs, and case management staff Attend and represent Mysti’s in payer and compliance meetings (e.g., CCHP, Alliance) Lead or co-lead internal quality assurance committees and staff training sessions Serve as an internal resource for HIPAA compliance, Medi-Cal billing, and clinical operations Travel 1–2x/month to program sites or meetings (pre-scheduled) Ideal Candidate Preferred:
FNP, AGNP, or PMHNP Minimum
3–5 years of clinical and compliance experience
in post-acute care, community health, or managed care Strong familiarity with: CalAIM and Community Supports requirements Medi-Cal documentation, audits, and billing protocols Clinical quality and regulatory frameworks High accountability, detail-oriented, and skilled at leading cross-functional teams Proficient with digital tools (Slack, Zoom, EHR platforms, Microsoft Workspace) 401(k)
