The Planning & Development Department shapes Bee Cave’s physical landscape and guides its future growth. The department manages land use through zoning, development agreements, and long-range planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in municipal engineering, including design oversight and stormwater management.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum five (5) years of relevant engineering experience
Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, or ability to obtain within one year
Preferred:
National Flood Insurance Program training
Knowledge of GIS
Familiarity with transportation engineering and drainage design manuals
Compensation:
$118,355 to $177,533 DOE/DOQ
