Description As a Restructuring Director at our Dallas Office, you will work alongside industry-recognized professionals to drive change that preserves and creates value for major organizations. You will lead a team on projects involving turnaround management, restructuring, and corporate advisory services, helping underperforming businesses navigate their restructuring processes and make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute restructuring and turnaround plans to enhance organizational performance and value.
Manage day-to-day team operations ensuring adherence to plans, budgets, and schedules.
Act as the primary contact for specific workstreams within client engagements.
Analyze company business plans and oversee financial modeling activities.
Lead clients through processes like working capital improvements, bankruptcy preparations, and negotiations.
Assess operational performance drivers and develop business plans.
Implement cost reduction initiatives and oversee bankruptcy strategies.
Mentor junior staff and oversee their performance.

Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years in corporate restructuring, investment banking, consulting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in direct restructuring roles.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
Understanding of Chapter 11 proceedings and professional certifications like CTP, CIRA, CPA, or CFA are advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office, financial modeling, and developing business plans.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel 100%.
