Job Title: Earn While You Learn Program Resident Care Assistant (RCA) Location: Windrose at Weymouth - Weymouth, MA 02190 Hours: Full Time $1,000.00 Sign on and Retention Bonus! Job Summary: Resident Care Assistant (RCA): Ensure that the resident's needs of daily living are met by providing personal assistance such as, but not limited to Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and various household tasks.
