About the Role:\nAs a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective CRM strategies to increase customer loyalty, retention, and revenue growth for Incline’s growing portfolio of clients. The salary for this role is

$100,000 - $130,000/year .

This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days on-site.

Key Responsibilities:\nManage execution of email, push and in app messaging campaigns and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our clients objectives are met.\nManage campaigns end-to-end, including targeting, segmentation, set-up, testing, execution, fulfillment, reporting and optimization.\nCreate and manage personalized modules and campaign automations.\nCreate and manage promotions for clients.\nAnalyze campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to CRM marketing programs.\nManage relationships with CRM software vendors and ensure the effective use of CRM tools and technologies.\nStay current on industry best practices and trends, and leverage this knowledge to inform the strategy.

Qualifications:\nStrong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail\nExperience with copywriting and email marketing\nA hunger to be a continuous learner and getting things done in the digital gaming space\nHands-on experience with major CRM systems, ESP’s and Push providers like Optimove, Braze, Bloomreach, etc.\nFamiliarity with online gaming and sports is a major advantage\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
