We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Functional Business Analyst to support the PeopleSoft ERP Supply Chain Management Modules (PO, e-Pro, Inventory). The Functional Analyst will be part of our client OneLink (PeopleSoft) Production Support staff, working directly with nationwide Material Directors and SCM users to support procurement lifecycle transactions, customizations, interfaces, and enhancements. The candidate must coordinate with matrixed resources who are offshore and nearshore. Availability for up to 10% travel to other locations is required. Additional Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range for this position is $137k-$178k, plus up to 14% annual bonus and full benefits. The range varies by geographical area. Relocation assistance is available. Responsibilities
Identify and document functional requirements, resolve issues, and gather business requirements. Provide hands-on analysis for requested upgrades, enhancements, or customizations to the PeopleSoft SCM application. Support the full system lifecycle, including requirements definition, system analysis, design, documentation, user acceptance testing, and production support. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience. Provide knowledge transfer and training to users, including implementations/upgrades, SCM tables, PeopleSoft functionality, and configuration. Assist with entry events and interactions across Purchasing/ePro, Inventory, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger modules. Extensive experience with PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management version 9.2, especially in purchasing and eProcurement, Inventory. Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences, including management. Understanding of integration between Purchasing/ePro, Inventory, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. Experience with PeopleSoft Query Manager and SQL tools for reporting and data analysis. Ability to create, review, and present functional documentation for system customizations and process changes. Comfortable leading meetings with management, business partners, cross-functional teams, and vendors. Understanding of SOX controls as they apply to ERP environments. Preferred Skills
PeopleSoft GL, KK, IN, AP, and AM modules. PeopleSoft Tree Manager and Workflow. PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management version 9.1. SQL Developer. Experience with Coupa, Hypatos, GHX is a plus. Additional Details
