However, it's not a straight and narrow path! We are operating in an increasingly competitive and dynamic ecosystem, sitting at the frontier of an exciting yet ambiguous industry evolution as people and products more rapidly embrace creative technology and artificial intelligence developments. Our Analytics and Research teams leverage data and insights to cut through the noise and steer the business towards growth. Working in partnership with teams and leadership, we help drive strategically aligned, customer-led, and data-driven decisions. As a Growth Analyst at Envato, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across Paid Growth, Paid Social, Product Marketing, CRM, Affiliate, and the broader Analytics and Data teams to fuel the company's growth initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing performance data across multiple marketing channels. Advanced Data Manipulation: Extract, manipulate, and analyze large, complex datasets to uncover insights and trends. Exploratory Analysis: Conduct exploratory analysis to identify new opportunities for improvement in acquisition and brand awareness. Reporting: Generate and maintain regular reports to track performance, highlight key trends, and provide actionable insights. Campaign Performance: Analyze results of campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives, presenting key findings and improvement areas to stakeholders. Customer Behavior Modeling: Assist with modeling and validating customer behavior (e.g., propensity, churn, LTV) to guide growth strategies. Documentation and Training: Document analysis methodologies and help stakeholders interpret and use reports effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to gather analytics requirements and support data-driven decision-making across projects and initiatives. About You You likely have 3+ years of experience in a digital environment with experience in a growth/marketing. You likely have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics). Strong technical expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau). Knowledge of performance marketing analysis including Google and Meta. Knowledge of web analytics platforms and tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Proven ability to drive impact and actionable marketing insights. Solid understanding of business operations and key performance metrics. Highly developed interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong demonstrated alignment to Envato's values.
