Job Description Job Title: Certified Perfusionist Profession: Allied Health Specialty: Perfusion Duration: Locum Tenens Shift: Day - 8x5 - 09AM Hours per Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM plus call until 6:30 AM Experience: Minimum Years of Experience Required License: Certified Certifications: Must hold appropriate certifications Must-Have: - Certified Perfusionist - Board Certified
Description: Looking for a Certified Perfusionist. Support staff includes five Perfusion Assistants. Call details for the operating room include weekday call from 5 PM to 6 AM. Weekend call is from Friday at 5 PM to Monday at 6:30 AM. Call response time is 30 minutes. Call ratio is 1:5. Callback percentage is 20%. Average calls per 24 hours range from 2 to 3. Provider is expected to have five shifts per week. Scrubs are required for this position. No guaranteed hours are provided. Callback duties involve patient-facing hours. Lunch is not included; providers must clock in and out for a 30-minute lunch break. Patient encounters per shift can range from 1 to 4 operating rooms per day. The trauma level of the facility is 1. Pediatrics level is also 1. Board certification is required. IMLC is not accepted. Estimated credentialing time frame is 30 to 90 days.
