We are seeking certified home health aides and personal care assistants to provide exceptional care to our clients in their homes. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care, mobility, medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. If you are a compassionate individual dedicated to high-quality patient care, we invite you to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assisting with patient mobility and transfers
Administering medications as directed
Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to medical personnel
Offering emotional support and companionship to patients and families
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
Qualifications:
Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
Ability to perform basic meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
Completion of a state-approved HHA Training Program or equivalent
Literacy and basic arithmetic skills
Minimum age of 18
