Additionally, we have Branch offices located in Norcross GA, Greenville SC and Charlotte NC. Pestban has recently acquired Green Frog, Atlanta Wildlife Control, Peachtree Pest Control, Bug-Off, and Advanced Services. These companies are now part of the Pestban family. As of 9/28/2021, Pestban was acquired by Anticimex. The Service Route Technician will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while performing Pest Control and Termite Services using high quality and environmentally responsible products within a defined route/territory. The route for this position will depend on current open routes. Pest Control Technician Job Responsibilities
Perform Routine Pest Control and Termite Services for existing customers and new customers. Identify and resolve pest and termite issues for customers as needed. Manage and maintain a service route ensuring timely completion. Apply pest control products according to route schedule, federal and state laws, safety procedures, labeled instructions and Pestban operating procedures. Properly complete service tickets with necessary information. Perform initial pest control service for new customers as scheduled. Install and un-install in-ground termite systems around homes. Perform Pest and Termite inspections. Review and complete Service Agreements with customers and receive payment as needed. Schedule follow-up services as needed. Attend all required meetings. Operate and maintain tools and equipment. Follow all safety procedures as required. Operate company vehicle in compliance with Company Vehicle Policy. Present a professional appearance via Pestban uniform requirements. Proper usage of industry and Covid PPE. Pest Control Technician General Qualifications
Mathematical skills needed to calculate mixing percentages, volume, linear and square feet. Time management and organizational skills. Flexible in job duties and able to multi-task in the field. Service-minded, motivated, and an independent self-starter. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, office staff, Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads daily. Must be able to pass the GA Department of Agriculture Employee Registration Exam - classroom and field training provided (GA locations only). NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! For the right candidate with a good attitude and a career mindset we will train! Pest Control Technician Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Ability to operate a power earth auger. Work mostly outdoors in various weather conditions. Constant mobility including but not limited to walking, crawling, stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, probing, climbing, pushing, pulling, balancing, stretching, and standing for long periods of time.
