Title: Phlebotomist I

Shift: 7AM-3:30PM - Mon to Fri
Duration: 3 months
Pay range: $17 - $21/hr. on w2
Job Summary:
The PSR I is the face of the organization, providing a welcoming and professional experience for patients during lab visits. This role involves drawing blood samples, preparing them for testing, and ensuring accurate, confidential handling of patient information. The PSR I builds patient trust through clear communication and skilled phlebotomy.

- Perform blood draws and specimen prep per established procedures
- Ensure patient comfort and safety
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality
- Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
- Support a clean, safe, and professional workspace
- Flexibly adapt to scheduling needs, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience; 1+ year preferred
- Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric/geriatric
- Customer service and data entry experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
