During initial contract term, time off is paid, upon transition to the production plan it is allowed. Professional Liability Insurance $1M/$3M occurrence based Retirement 401K available as well as Health system contribution to Deferred Compensation plan (Rabbi trust) commensurate with tenure once the physician is in our production-based comp plan
