· NCQA recognized Patient Centered Medical Home
· 2 other pediatricians in the group
· Office space shared with IM; and a FP currently under recruitment
· Need to see 16 - 18 patients per day to meet the production plan. During the busy season they see more.
· The physician is not required to attend deliveries except in high risk cases.
· Call will be 1:3 The on call physician will do all inpatient rounding for the group and take all pediatric after hour phone calls.
· There are teaching opportunities. Group is affiliated with Wright State Boonshoft School of Medicine and rotates third year medical students through their FP and Pediatric clerkships.

Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed. $ 190,000 - negotiable commensurate with experience Production incentive Based upon wRVU Signing bonus Negotiable ($20,000 is typical for this specialty), two year commitment required Student Loan Forgiveness Available with a commitment to work Housing Allowance Available when the candidate has a home to sell - $1,000 for 6 months is typical Relocation Up to $10,000 CME $5,000 stipend Allowed Time Off 27 days to start; increases every 5 years of employment up to 45 days after 20 years. During initial contract term, time off is paid, upon transition to the production plan it is allowed. Professional Liability Insurance $1M/$3M occurrence based Retirement 401K available as well as Health system contribution to Deferred Compensation plan (Rabbi trust) commensurate with tenure once the physician is in our production-based comp plan
