About The Position
A well-established hospital medicine group in
Colorado
is seeking a
Board Eligible or Board Certified Nocturnist
to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, committed to excellent patient care, and interested in a full-time, permanent position with a supportive, physician-led group. Position Highlights:
Full-time schedule:
six nights on, nine nights off
(144 twelve-hour shifts per year)
Opportunity for additional shifts if desired
Provide nocturnal inpatient care primarily at a large, 370-bed hospital
Work closely with advanced practice providers covering patients across multiple locations
Use of
EPIC EMR
system for efficient and integrated patient management
Closed ICU managed by Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship program
Collaborative and supportive environment focused on mentorship and physician success
Part of a large medical group with nearly 1,600 physicians and advanced practice providers

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range:
$252,000 - $280,000 annually , plus potential quality/productivity bonuses
Relocation assistance may be offered to eligible candidates

Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 0-5 years post-residency) in
Internal Medicine
or
Family Medicine
Active Colorado medical license preferred; candidates willing to obtain a CO license will be considered
Clean malpractice history preferred
