Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide general primary care and family medicine services to patients of all ages
- Manage medication and oversee home treatment education
- Refer patients to specialists as necessary
- Ensure continuity of care between visits
- Maintain accurate patient records, including charting and notation in the EMR
- Conduct peer reviews
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer and medical team
- Treat a culturally and economically diverse patient population
Additional Information
- Required board certification in Family Medicine
- Must hold a valid Indiana medical license
- Experience with EMR systems
