Medford, OR Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Locum Tenens Opportunity | Occupational Medicine & Urgent Care

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in Oregon for a short-term locum tenens assignment in Medford.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Advanced Practice Providers seeking flexible weekday coverage in a fast-paced, outpatient occupational medicine and urgent care clinic.

Opportunity Snapshot

Location: Medford, OR Contract Type: Locum Tenens – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Schedule: May 14–15 May 19–22 Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch) Setting: Outpatient Clinic – Occupational Medicine & Urgent Care Start Date: May 14, 2025 Credentialing: Streamlined

Scope of Practice

Provide primary care and urgent care services to an occupational medicine patient population Assess, diagnose, and treat work-related injuries and minor acute care needs Perform pre-employment and DOT physicals (if certified) Collaborate with onsite support staff and referring specialists as needed

Candidate Requirements

License: Active Oregon NP or PA License Certification: National board certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA) Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent occupational medicine, urgent care, or primary care experience preferred Other: Clean personal and professional history
