As a Physician (Family Practice), you will: Serve as a Family Practice Physician with a scope of services including examination, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of medical, surgical, obstetric, gynecological, and orthopedic issues. Take ownership and responsibility for the care of an assigned panel of patients. Provide first contact, continuous, comprehensive primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults, following current standards of care, the patient-centered medical home model, Army policies, and relevant regulations. Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for ongoing patient care. Coordinate and integrate care across all healthcare system elements, including subspecialty care, hospitals, home health agencies, and community resources. Complete required medical records in accordance with procedures and regulations. Teach and consult with other healthcare providers as assigned. Additional Details
