Surgical Critical Care / Trauma Surgeon (Per Diem) - McLaren Oakland in Pontiac, MI

Board-Certified General Surgeon with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgical Critical Care
to join our established, physician-led
Acute Care Surgery
team at
McLaren Oakland Hospital
in
Pontiac, Michigan
on a
Per Diem
basis.
This is an ideal opportunity for a trauma surgeon who values
clinical excellence, collegiality, and work-life balance

Opportunity Highlights Per Diem Shifts Available : 1-3 shifts/month with an even split between days and nights Trauma & Acute Care Surgery : Cover trauma and general surgery cases in a collaborative model Supportive Infrastructure : Full-time PA/NP support and involvement in resident and medical student education Stability & Growth : Join a physician-led organization with national reach and local impact Beautiful Location : Enjoy access to more than 30 city parks and multiple state parks, just 30 miles northwest of Detroit Qualifications Board Certification in General Surgery Surgical Critical Care Certification (CAQ required) Active Michigan Medical License Experience in ACS-verified trauma programs Strong communication skills and commitment to high-quality care Desire to thrive in a collaborative, team-based model Why SAMGI?
