What's in it for You as an ?nin Teammate: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift Options: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm | 11am - 7:30pm | 3pm - 11:30pm Competitive Pay: $14.75/hour, plus an extra $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift Full-time Opportunity: 40 hours per week + Overtime as needed Paid Weekly: Direct Deposit or Pay Card options Affordable Health & Insurance After Just 30 Days: $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and FREE telehealth services! What You'll Do as an Order Picker & Packer: Pick and process customer orders accurately using scanners & barcode readers Work alongside Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) for efficient workflow Sort, replenish stock, and perform cycle counts Safely operate manual or powered pallet jacks Assist in packing orders and preparing shipments Keep your work area clean & organized Work Experience The Preferred Candidate Will Bring: High school diploma/GED OR equivalent experience 1 year experience order picking and packing in a fast-paced environment Ability to read and understand pick tickets & shipping documents Comfortable using scanners, tablets, and warehouse technology Strong attention to detail and counting skills Team player with a positive attitude We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
