Overview
We're seeking an experienced engineering professional who can
lead the delivery of automation projects
involving hydraulically controlled industrial machinery. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of
fluid power systems
with the leadership skills to manage cross-functional automation projects from concept through commissioning.
This role bridges
mechanical, hydraulic, and controls disciplines , ensuring robust, well-integrated systems are delivered to spec, on time, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities: Lead automation projects from kickoff to customer handoff, involving hydraulically actuated equipment. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers to define system architecture and sequencing logic. Interpret hydraulic schematics, and control panel layouts. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders including fabricators, field technicians, controls integrators, and OEMs. Oversee system startup, testing, and troubleshooting during in-house builds, FATs, and customer-site commissioning. Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during project execution. Take responsibility for the financial performance of assigned projects, including cost control, margin protection, and change management.

What You'll Bring: A rare blend of
hands-on technical skill
and
project management discipline . Confidence working on the floor and in the field, not just behind a desk. Curiosity, ownership, and a drive to deliver robust industrial solutions that just work.
Let's Talk If You: Thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex integration challenges. Understand how to translate hydraulic behavior into automation logic. Want to be part of a team that builds systems that power industry forward.
