$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr Required Skills & Experience - Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst - Background in Information Technology or corporate networking - Proficient in cybersecurity, networking, and systems technology - Extensive experience in process mapping - Highly skilled in gathering requirements and developing documentation systems - Experience with curating data for process improvements and building out presentations - Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Microsoft Project - Skilled in creating Visio diagrams - Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Cybersecurity certifications: GDSA, CISSP, CCNA - Business Analyst certifications - Experience with Clarity Project and Portfolio Management - Background in software engineering Job Description Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Information Technology Business Analyst to join an amazing client of ours in Tucson! As an IT Business Analyst, you will act as an intermediary between the IT organization and the rest of the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive project support, including supporting the Verified Trust Program and collaborating with the Legal Department to identify systems containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Your role will vary, but key responsibilities include conducting process mapping interviews, developing process flows and maps, attending project team meetings for planning and requirements gathering, and scheduling sessions. You will also develop testing plans (though you will not be directly responsible for testing) and facilitate testing conversations. Additionally, you will interview individuals and teams to understand the data within their systems, optimize existing systems in collaboration with the technical team, and gather and document business requirements to enhance system performance. You will also collect and organize notes from meetings, ensuring information is well-documented and accessible to other team members. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in process mapping and requirements gathering, a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and teams.
